EFS Energy

I was very happy with EFS Energy. They did a very good job, I was happy with the work they preformed. Their stall was great to work with. As a whole they exceeded my expectations.

EFS Energy was a pleasure to work with on my solar project. They explained the technology and the limitations of my site. They assisted me in getting the necessary county permits and waivers. Their subcontractors were friendly and efficient. Their followup has been effective with only minor delays.

Paul McKnight and his team did an excellent job putting up new solar panels on our roof, tube lights, and insulating our house crawl spaces. His crew were courteous and knowledgeable, and always followed up! I would highly recommend EFS Energy to anyone!

Overall, I am pleased with the job EFS Energy has done installing solar panels for my house. From the beginning, it was quite the pleasure dealing with Kenny Noel (sales manager), who was always respectful, professional, responsive, and helpful in moving the whole process forward with all questions answered (including a willingness to work with me on pricing). I also was quite pleased with various individuals of the engineering/installation team (Jacob and Rick stand out, in particular), for their professionalism, work ethic, and ability to effectively communicate to the customer. So, why not 5 stars, you may ask? Well, my only criticism is that EFS used one outside installer during some of the initial installation steps, an installer that did not have a long history with the company. This particular individual did not exactly follow the proper blueprints drawn for the project and performed some initial work that would be deemed "sub-standard" (I believe this particular installer is no longer utilized by the company). My criticism comes down to why wasn't this individual properly vetted or his work properly scrutinized before the project moved forward to completion? As a result, EFS had to return to my house on a few separate occasions to provide a proper fix to some of this "sub-standard" work. Again, back to a positive spin, EFS was always quick to respond and send their best guys to make sure everything was eventually fixed to the highest standard. After the fixes, I'm very happy with the solar panels and am pleased to be a customer of EFS Energy. In conclusion, I would highly recommend EFS Energy for your solar panel needs!

Kenny is a knowledgeable spokesman who lays out the facts and allows people to make decisions. He does not make a hard sell or push people; he explains the systems and patiently answers questions so people can make informed decisions.

It was a real pleasure to work with EFS Energy. Everyone is very professional and fantastically dedicated to the solar effort. Communication was prompt, planning & execution of project thorough & timely. Very reliable and friendly. We strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a system.
