Great sales & installation No service so NO ROI Panels are not charging the battery - which has been checked & is operating properly Polite calls and emails result in "they are not in the office right now - they will call you back" "our electricians are diligently working to get you scheduled" "we are scheduling 2 weeks out" ( responded that we should go 3 weeks out and get it scheduled) "they will call you back" willing - and have communicated to pay the $450 travel fee + labor costs the panels are not charging the battery or capturing power with the summer sun to bank with our utility which covers winter usage If the power goes out (which is does in our area with bad storms) the solar battery/generator cannot work because it is not receiving energy from the panels We have no a/c and use our power responsibly We've been working with the company for 3 weeks No resolution

I highly recommend Got Sun Go Solar. They installed 30 panels on my roof 3 years ago, and everything went smoothly. They were very knowledgeable, and accommodated a request I made for an unusual type of inverter, because I wanted one that I would be able to plug devices in to in case of a power outage. The installation was quick, and the workers were friendly. Everything has been working without a hitch for 3 years now, producing power in line with their projections, reducing my electricity bills to practically zero, and making me a good deal of money via SRECs. I have no complaints at all, and recommend them!
