Northern Pacific Power Systems

The company was professional and efficient. Design was done by satellite and zoom meetings during the pandemic, with a single onsite visit prior to the final design being submitted to the city for approval. System we purchased was a 3.4 kW output with a 10 panel array on a roof mount with a 47 degree pitch, and their bid was competitive with others (just over 15K). Many companies would not install on a roof with this slope. The install was done in 1 1/2 days with a 4 person crew, and the routing of the electrical lines was discreet and painted to match existing house colors where necessary. Overall experience with the project was excellent. Just be aware that once the building permit is approved the charges come quickly and you will need to have your banking in order.

Our experience with Northern Pacific Power was wonderful. Cassius was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and expertise, along with keeping us informed every step of the way, was more than helpful. The other team members were equally informative and professional. I had my solar system installed by Northern Pacific Power and they did a fantastic job, my true-up was no payment. They will now be installing my power wall back up system, which I'm looking forward to having installed.

My wife and I had made a plan to rely less on the LP gas central heating for our home and shift more to the electric heating system we originally used but which long ago had become too expensive to operate. Working with Alan, Cassius, Adagio and Shelby at Northern, we added significantly to our existing number of solar panels to complete a system that handles both our heating and lighting needs and charges our electric car. In just a quick glance at the online monitoring of our new solar system I can tell already that we're going to be able to charge a second car when our current hybrid needs replacement. I cannot speak too highly of Northern Pacific and its staff. At no time did we receive anything from them but the very best products, service and advice.

We just completed the installation and startup of our rooftop solar system with NPPS. Their bid was competitive and their reviews were positive. The available tax credit was a strong positive factor A local neighbor who had an installation also spoke well of them, so we went for it. Through the many steps of the process and several different employees, all personnel were unfailingly polite and willing to take the time to answer questions without making me feel that I was wasting their time. Great training! They handled everything and the process went smoothly and as they described. The system seems pretty failsafe, as we already went through the PGE power shutdown without having to reset anything. I love the online app where I can see daily production (or not production when it is cloudy and raining) and even see each individual panel's production. If you are interested in solar, they would be a good company to choose based on our and our neighbor's experiences.

Excellent......need I say more. Price.....we got 3 proposals Sales.....Cassius came for the site visit and back for the training....real knowledgeable and the installation was done as agreed. Crew....personable, excellent work and cleaned up Ron says to Tell them to take good care of you also.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Northern Pacific. I shopped around a lot as I knew very little about solar and found that Northern Pacific had the most honest, competent, and helpful team. My main contact was Cassius and he was terrific at every point. He was super patient and very thorough. Then, when the installers (Brandon, Max, and Tia) came out I was so impressed with how much they cared about the aesthetics and functionality of my system. They treated me with great respect and I now feel super knowledgeable about my system and experience. Thank you for hiring fabulous people Northern Pacific!
