I shopped around and settled on Sunview Construction to build a front cement patio and porch on my house. Eric the owner came by to talk price and design with me. After settling on everything a week later I changed the design of the walkway and Eric accommodated me very reasonably. Sunview did all the paper work and when permits arrived; we had a preconstruction meeting with Eric and HIS CREW to go over the fine points. My design called for a reinforced ceiling beam to accommodate my swing I intended to hang and to allow for water lines ( which I was doing myself ) in the ceiling as a future shortcut for underground sprinklers. John the lead person in construction bend over backwards with my every whim…..(amazing…hi tolerance for picky homeowners) . The only thing I did not like was a lack of communication when the men would NOT be at the house , due to any reason (snow was a bitch ) since I had to be there to run water lines and electric for my security cameras….. Overall the bottom line is I would hire Sunview again ; especially if his lead person remains John as he is a petuna when it comes to perfection.. This is a highly reputable company with integrity and many years of experience. The owners, as well as the staff they employee are very respectful and honest. I highly recommend them!
