“Buck Factory Outlet did a beautiful job removing and replacing our gas direct fireplace. They were able to take out the old fireplace with minimal damage to the interior facing and exterior walls. The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”

“We contracted with Browning Masonry to reface our fireplace in our Danville home. Let me start off by saying that we could not have had a more perfect experience all around. Jay, the owner, was professional to work with and knew exactly what I wanted for the outcome in our stone refacing. We had a floor to ceiling brick facing that required him to completely remove all the brick, put up sheet rock, and reface it in stone, along with a new hearth. This was all done seamlessly. We later had Jay come back to convert our fireplace from wood burning to gas. On a side note, we were in the middle of a complete kitchen and flooring remodel. Among all the contractors and subcontractors in our home, Jay was the only contractor that was on time, cleaned up each day before leaving, and kept to his promised time schedule and total cost.”

“We bought our fireplace (a gas insert) for our new home, a 1952 house in Sausalito, 3 years ago. So glad the showroom manager advised us to get the blower option with our unit. We have a big open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining room. The fireplace is sufficient to warm up the space and provide a cozy atmosphere. We love it. The installation technician was fast and clean. He made certain. we felt confident about operating our unit before leaving. Last week, the remote control stopped working and had to be replaced .. We stopped by the store and they had one in stock. Sync’ing the remote to the unit was very simple. And we appreciated the follow up call from Brian to confirm that all was well. The folks at London Chimney, showroom and service, are very professional. Our experience with them has been very positive.”

“These people were great to us, handled every step of installation professionally. We’ve had our fireplace over 5 years now and they have joyfully walked me verbally through changing batteries and setting. When our gas line (installed by another company) feeding the fireplace sprung a leak they responded quickly to my call to resolve the issue. The warranty is great - and If I need it, I believe they’ll stand by it. I would buy from them again.”
