Gail is particularly good at matching desires with deliverables. She has a unique way of probing and interpreting the client's goals and aspirations and interpreting them into expected deliverables. Experience in lighting design, fabrics, as well as an educator in interior design. Receptive to client input and also provides pointed feedback. Easy to work with, and professional business acumen. She has been instrumental in helping to develop a plan for encompassing my wishes in the overall remodel of my Center City condominium. She facilitates a customer focused implementation plan which could be immediate, or accomplished over time. Gail will not disappoint.”

“We have worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. on several occasions. We are always pleased with the results. Penny has helped in choosing colors, fabrics and drapes. We recently built a new porch and we had seen a sofa we liked in a magazine. Penny helped to design the piece to be built. In addition she helped with the spatial arrangement of the room, the selection of fabric and window coverings and additional furnishings. We originally worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. 7 years ago when we moved to a new house. We always come back for her expert eye, wealth of knowledge and the top notch coordination in making the arrangements for acquiring what we need.”

“I worked with Tyler while building a new home over the summer. Bottomline Tyler is a creative genius. Her eye for design is unmatched in Maine. She is very easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone building a house or remodeling their home. She has an in depth understanding of the construction process and that knowledge allows her to stay within your budget and meet all the timelines throughout the building process. She works hard to understand your style and incorporate pieces that reflect who you are and what will work in your home. If I were to ever build another home I would contact Tyler before I even looked at plans to come up with design ideas before the building process even starts! She is fantastic and I highly recommend her.”

“Karen is a top notch professional! She has an amazing sense of evaluating a space and knowing just what will work there. She has a natural sense of color and style. Karen is very attentive to details and always listens to what the client would like to accomplish and is very sensitive to budget. If you don't have a clear pitcher of what you end game is she will walk you through some design ideas and let you decide what works best for you. She is a creative genius quite frankly and a pleasure to work with. Very honest and genuine which is rare these days. I would highly recommend calling her for a consultation...you won't be disappointed !!!!!!!!!”
