“We hired Alan to complete a kitchen project for us that involved new walls, floors, ceiling and appliances. They did a great job! Alan was extremely prompt at responding to us, started work on time and kept us updated throughout the project. They stayed on time and on budget. They were very respectful of our home as well, and made sure to keep it as clean as possible. Alan was extremely friendly and professional, and was very helpful in finding solutions to the issues we faced. it turned out even better than we had imagined. “It has been almost 2 years since my wife and I moved into our new Rinaldi home. With that "still new"smell in the air, I thought it a good time to reflect on our buying experience with Jerry Rinaldi and his team. From my first meeting with Jerry and a member of his sales staff, I could sense this was going to be a different experience than what I had become accustomed to with previous builders. This is my sixth new home, so I'm not short on horror stories about dealings in real estate. Hoping that I wasn't being naive, it seemed to me that Rinaldi Homes actually cared about what WE wanted, and not what was easier or more profitable for them. Here was a gentleman where a handshake meant something. Anyone that knows me describes me as being quite picky. If you ask Jerry, he'll tell you that this is an understatement. We knew exactly what we wanted in a new home, and with some fine tuning under Jerry's guidance, every detail was addressed and we sealed a deal. We were involved in every aspect of the selection process, literally from the ground up. While a lot of work, Rinaldi's team made the task enjoyable. Watching our new home being constructed was fun and exciting. Under the watchful eye of our site supervisor Franco, the process moved forward seamlessly. “What most impressed us about Tony was his willingness to listen to the desires we had, to interpret them into a real and practical plan, to make accommodations based on our financial resources, and to finish with a design that was more beautiful than we imagined. We absolutely love what Tony did with our house. We took off an ugly front porch, put both front and back dormers off the second floor , making one bedroom now two, installed a master bath, and added a master bedroom balcony overlooking the woods. Neighbors and passers by cannot believe the change. It looks like it was always meant to be! Tony met with our builder and carefully went over the plans. He was always available when we had questions. Excellent service!”
