“Recently my 14 year old central air conditioning system stopped working abruptly. The temps were over 90 degrees outside at the time and the heat was taking it's toll on my elderly mother. I chose to invest in a new system, from that moment on, Rinaldis was very efficient , answered all my many questions and were a step ahead of every phase of the installation. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and worked diligently through out the process, not even letting the rain stop them. A Rinaldi field inspector came on site overseeing the job, asking me personally, if I had concerns or questions. Then another follow up to finalize and again check the install and fine tune. My system, having new features I had to get used to and some needing adjusting by them, they never hesitated to send someone out immediately to address the issues. There was never any pressure to make a sale, they were honest and up front with their proposals. Always making me feel like I was their priority. They were here when they said they would be, and the office staff were pleasant, regardless of how many time I called. It is very apparent that they make customer service as important as the efficiency of their work. I have a great new system and a team of a great AC company that will be there for me. I couldn't ask for more from a business. I can only say that I would have liked to have seen a referral like this when I was looking for an AC company.”

“July in Florida and A/C goes out on Saturday evening. Call the afterhours phone that was supplied recorder Sunday morning. Were at my house in an hour that is driving time from most anywhere to my house. The A/C was pronounced DOA and Mark the tech drove back to the office and picked up two portable units and came back and set them up and said the office would call with options on repair/replace. The unit was 19 years old I wanted only replace. Was given price on Monday and the new unit was installed on Wednesday, The installers had to work in the rain but they had my house cooled off by 5:00 pm. They installed a new A/C unit for us almost 2 years ago (they beat all competitor prices and gave us an upgraded unit) and the heater went out recently when it was really cold. They came out right away to get us heat temporarily until the part needed comes in. The service technician has been out twice to ensure we have heat until a new control board comes in.
