“Whole house remodeling. 3 bathrooms, kitchen, painted whole house, new flooring, new back door. Agape provided design services for master bath and kitchen. They had creative ideas in the kitchen to utilize space more efficiently and improve the openness. In the master bath, removed a corner spa, installed new granite-topped custom cabinets, expanded shower, new tile with decorative glass tiles, and glass enclosure. A detailed plan and budget was agreed to before work started, and change orders were handled to our satisfaction. When the inevitable issues came up, they had creative ways of making a plan B. Agape made it as easy as possible for us, as we lived in half the house while they worked on the other half, and then we switched. They put up a big sheet of plastic that helped to isolate the dust. They had workers on the job every day as promised, and it lasted about 8 weeks. The workers were courteous and professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were considerate of our dog. We were satisfied with their handling of the punch list to finish up the job. Agape kept their commitments with honesty and integrity.”

“When we moved into our new home, we knew we needed to make some changes. We contacted Stringer Construction & Design to help us with this. In our first meeting with Kristen, we knew she was the one for us. Her vision for our house was the same as ours and we loved all of her ideas. Here is a list of all of the things Stringer Construction & Design did for us: -Ordered, painted, and installed new doors on all of our kitchen cabinets (They turned out beautifully) -Dry-walled a closet-like opening in our kitchen to make it a full wall -Placed new baseboards and windowsills in our kitchen. David did an amazing job custom making our baseboards to make them work in our kitchen. -Replaced the existing stairs to the loft in the master bedroom with custom made hardwood stairs with a matching handrail -Dry-walled a half wall up in the loft -Painted the master bedroom after removing existing beams -Kristen personally helped us shop for all new furniture and that experience was the easiest furniture shopping we have ever done. There are many other things Stringer Construction & Design did for us throughout this whole process. Most importantly, everything was done beautifully and in a timely manner. Kristen was always just a phone call away and was always so happy and willing to help. We greatly appreciated David's need to do things perfectly and correctly the first time. We will definitely be calling Stringer Construction & Design for all other home projects we may decide to do in the future.”
