“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“I can't say enough good things about working with Frankel Building Group team. I guess a good place to start would be with their countless awards, inlcuding Custom Builder of The Year several years in a row. After I met the guys, saw their quality of work, and I understood why! Rodney, their in-house designer, was so thoughtful in terms of how the house should sit on our land and very considerate when laying out the floorplan to fit our modern lifestyle. Although he designs more traditional houses and we prefer a modern aesthetic, he constructed a beautiful sleek and sophisticated exterior in the same vein of photos we had sent along. Then Brad made a 3D rendering of the house so we could see it from every angle and "walk" through it. Such a cool feature and made all the differnce when choosing exterior materials. Because we are building in Atlanta, FBG can't construct our house, but Scott Frankel has worked hand-in-hand with our builder to make sure it is built according to their standards and within our budget. The team went above and beyond to design our dream house. Along the way, they have been such a pleasure to work with, listening to all of our concerns and adpating to our edits. We truly enjoyed working with them and would recoommend them in a heartbeat!”

“We feel extremely lucky to have found Kirt and his team! I had contacted two other contractors to bid on our remodel/addition work (bathroom remodel, accent wall and construct outdoor entrainment area) and was disappointed with the others that were not responsive (one didn’t even show up!), even in the bidding process when they should be trying to “win” our work. Kirt on the otherhand, was always prompt with his responses and that did not change after we hired him. He stayed in constant communication and provided oversight of our project to ensure the best quality work and timely completion. Despite us making a few changes to the plan, they remained on time and finished the project as promised and it all looks amazing! We genuinely could not be more pleased. I would absolutely recommend Kirt and plan to use him again when I have other projects or construction needs!”

“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly! We are about 50% complete with our home now and are on time, on budget, and we see the quality of our home as it is being built…we are there almost every day observing! Working with the CBC Team has made what is very often a stressful, time-consuming and dynamic process almost seamless! ` I would highly recommend you using CBC to assist you in finding the right builder and the right location for your new custom home! They are great listeners and “can do” people who will look out for your best interests! Like us, I suspect you will want to use any time the opportunity presents itself”

“My experiences with this organization have been very good. Each project has its own problems and maneuvering staff and subcontractors in an effective manner is something Mr. Bass has a good handle on. I had a substantial up grade on a 1960a model ranch where the subs worked well with me to iron out each little obstacle. All major engineering came through the process as planned. Scheduling worked well with very little dead time where nothing was being done. In the words of Yoda...."Happy I am".”

“Whitestone Builders and the owner, David Gordon, has had a working relationship with Collaborative Design Group Architecture and Interiors for over 6 years. We have primarily provided him with interior design services for his spec homes and for the majority of his clients for that time period. We do all of the cabinetry design as well, and have just started to do some of his architectural work too. David Gordon is one of the most reputable builders that we work with now and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has assembled a great new team of project managers, and provides a multitude of services to his clients – his most significant is his PCA, Pre-Construction Agreement for new home buyers. This allows David to help them with lot selection and purchase, design direction and the selection of the right architect and interior designer for the project, and has proven to be a popular offering among his clients. It is a great way to bring a professional of his caliber into the initial custom home building process, especially for a new buyer. Whitestone Builders has an exemplary record with our clients as well, David is a man of faith and that shows through in his dealings with our mutual clients. His projects have garnered him numerous awards, and he is active in the houston building community and has acted in numerous leadership roles. Whitestone Builders was named Custom Builder of the Year for 2012 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, their top award in the city. “My husband and I bought a high quality custom home from Jesse at Del Cielo Homes several years ago. The customer service he provides is exceptional. We obviously had a punch list prior to closing and all was addressed and completed beautifully. However, once we lived in the house for a a couple of weeks and saw things we didn't see to be addressed prior to closing (small touch ups), we contacted Jesse and he had his team respond to our requests. Jesse also followed up with us once the issues were finished by his team. Again, exceptional client/builder relationship. * a side note our home was already built and we did not go through the building process with the builder *. We are the first and only homeowners of the home though. Hard to leave such a great home. Lots of "comparing" the product and quality to other homes. Del Cielo and Jesse are highly recommended!”

“Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

Best yet, they add so much more value per square foot than any others I remotely considered. For example, they use solid wood doors, smooth level five drywall finish, beautiful lighting, marble surfaces, and stone tiles. They carve out thoughtful bookcases, wine storage, and smart closet spaces to give you the kind of quality amenities you would have chosen if you were building from the ground up. And should you elect to make additions–as I did–this duo happily accommodates and after you settle in, if you notice anything that needs tweaking, the Lendvai crew will promptly make the fixes.
