“I hired this company for a backyard pool removal and installation of grass landscaping and was 100% satisfied with their work and followup after the job was done. They were one of the most courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic people I have ever worked with. They gave me a very precise line item proposal of their work and started/ended on time and you don't pay until you are done. They also called and visited on several occasions after the work was done to correct any problems and to make sure my landscaping was properly establishing. On the business end I had contact with both the owner of the company and vice president of sorts and they were both extremely pleasant. Their laborers were very courteous and I could not believe how hard they worked, Pool demolition is hard work and these guys worked like clockwork getting it done. Obviously they have done it many many times. On a separate note, I called 4 pool demo companies in San Diego county. 2 only came out to give me an estimate and James Construction was the only company that bothered to give me a quote. The other company apparently did not want my business. So I can't compare prices but whatever the price range for this type of service you get top quality work and service from these guys. I highly recommend them for pool removal/demolition work in San Diego county.”
