We had this company re-do our paver driveway in March 2021. Two months later weeds were growing through the cracks. When we called, we always got an answering machine and the calls weren't responded to until I threatened with a bad review. Debbie said they would be out that day or the next. No one ever showed. When I called again on Monday and was irate, the guy finally same out to look at it. He said he thought the job was done fine even though roots on the weeds he pulled were long. Also he admitted they used only 10 gallons of sealer for two coats on over 4,000 square feet. This is inadequate. This job was not done right and we have no recourse other than to give a bad review, so here it is! Beware of these folks.

Comment from A-Plus Pavers & Design, Inc.:

We would like to clarify the above events: A-Plus was contracted to pressure wash, re-sand and seal this client's existing paver driveway with Mr. K.... The work was completed utilizing 10, 5 gallon pails of sealer (50 gallons total, NOT 10 gallons) and several months later, on Thursday, July 29th, we were advised that they had some weed growth occurring and requested we come and take a look which I explained we would try and do the next day even though, the contract that was signed, CLEARLY states that sealing will NOT eliminate weed growth. Due to a heavy schedule, we were unable to make it out on Friday but on Monday, in my subsequent conversation with Mrs. K...., I explained weed growth to her and that we have no control over same and my husband and co-owner of the company, Martarelli, arrived at their residence a short time later and explained the amount of weed growth was minimal but that no matter what, they may need to put some weed killer on from time-to-time and reiterated the fact that sealing does not totally eliminate weed growth.
