They are also a local business and James was very nice, professional, and obviously experienced. We really couldn’t me happier. I am a Nurse for humans and animals, and I’m pregnant. This company was prompt in responding to my urgent need to rid a family of raccoons that were pooping on our roof. The raccoons would wake me up every night. Dion was reassuring in how he would trap and remove the critters with gentleness. He was always on time to pick-up the critters and cleaned the area once the job was over. If more raccoons come back, he is the guy I want. Great company!

the squirrels we noticed coming out of our attic looked cute, but the noise they were making was quite unpleasant. We put a call through to A Wildlife Pro after reading sterling reviews about their service, and they arrived quickly to listen to our concerns. After carefully evacuating the animals, they worked on cleaning up our attic to remove the mess they left behind. They then helped to mend the damage in which they seemed to come in through. Excellent work.

I am so pleased with the results from Wildlife Pro! I had contacted multiple companies over the course of a year to fix damaged areas up around the trim of the roof. After the rainstorms we had the squirrels were able to chew an entire 2 foot piece of trim out and gain access to the attic. Matt was able to get up in the attic and ensure that no animals were living there currently and set up a one way door at the largest hole. Previous companies were unable to do that, saying it was too difficult of a location to repair and get to. He completed the job and repaired multiple other spots along the front edge of the house right away and at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted by the other companies. I was so happy with the way he handled the situation and their customer service. They respond quickly to emails and even texts.

We had a rat problem for a couple of months and had tried to get rid of them on our own. It was to the point that they were sneaking into our pantry at night and hauling out boxed and sealed food. I was desperate! I Googled and Googled every method and trick in the book. We must have made over 10 shopping trips for different "stuff". We kept catching rats. Katherine, in the office, was very on top of checking in with me to set up convenient times for the guys to come back multiple times to check the traps. The last time that Matt checked the traps they were all empty. He explained that they were gone because new ones couldn't get in and they'd trapped the ones that were stuck in the house. I haven't seen any signs of rats in the house! I am so happy. This whole situation was stressing me out and they handled it immediately. I feel like the value was incredible for what they did. The price included a free consultation, a morning of sealing up the house, setting traps and multiple trips back to check the traps. Wildlife Pro DFW did an amazing job for us! Another company left us high and dry and then late one night I stumbled across Wildlife Pro DFW's website. I called them in crisis mode (something large walking around in my attic). They came out next day, reviewed the problem, offered a solution, submitted an estimate to me in writing (via email in minutes), scheduled the service, returned as scheduled, and took care of the problem in a humane, yet complete manner. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. They communicated with me well throughout the process. If I ever have another issue of this magnitude, they will be the FIRST people I call! And they were very reasonably priced! They got in, took care of the situation quickly, and did a great job!

Matt was very timely for my appointment. I had contacted them with a specific problem, a bird's nest in my exhaust vent. Matt came out and got right to work. He's very polite and professional. He checked the vent first to ensure there were no current residents and no eggs. Then he cleaned everything out and then installed a cover over the vent to prevent any other feathery friends from moving in. I was very pleased with the work and the amount quoted/paid. He's very no-nonsense about his job, but also caring and humane for the animals he's called out to remove. I will definitely be calling him again if the need arises.

Matt is a professional. He came out to seal out garage against rodents and also addressed our concerns for rabbits constantly eating our bushes. I would recommend his services to anyone.
