We hired Apex to spray foam our 900 square foot home addition. We've been very pleased with their work and professionalism. The results speak for themselves. We built ~3000 heated square feet in 2003 as energy efficient as we realistically could at the time. This Spring (2013) we finished out the upstairs & bonus area, adding another bathroom and central unit in the process. Before the addition & spray foam, this was an attic and wasn't unusual to be 130 degrees or hotter on a summer day in the attic. Thanks to the spray foam, not only did our energy costs not go up with the addition, but they actually dropped $20/month compared to year ago, even with 30% more living area. I was in my house built in 1948 for 3 winters, each year I would add more fiberglass insulation to the floors in my crawl space. My home was never warm in the winter even at 70 it was bone chilling and the hardwood floors. New fuzzy slippers every year! Since I had Apex spray foamed the floor joist in the crawl space I can now set my thermostat at 65 and feel comfortable. Just socks now:) The crew was nice, prompt, and kept my property clean.

I have seen the Spray Foam system before, but only in the home improvement shows on TV. I was introduced to Apex by my contractor, and was convinced to try it due to the long-term savings. I also was drawn to the notion of only needing a smaller HVAC unit to heat and cool my home, which did help to keep my HVAC costs down on the front end. The Apex employees were professional and delivered what I believe to be superior service and product.

Apex was very professional and knew about the product they were selling. I talked to several spray foam contractors and none of them were as knowledgeable as Michael. They were very patient with me during the planning phase of the project and offered a wide variety of foam insulation and explained the benefits of each. They came when they said they would and put in the thickness of foam they promised and more. They cleaned up well and made sure things were done to suit me through the whole process. I hired this company to spray insulation into my newly built steel construction home. They came in and did a very professional job enclosing the entire shell with open cell foam, sealing every conceivable leak. They also used closed cell foam to waterproof my basement walls, I have been very please with the results and ascribe my low utility bills to both the superior insulation and the 18 + SEER Ductless HAVC system. I can recommend APEX without reservation, their attention to detail was well above average and performed above and beyond most other contractors I have delt with in the course of building this home.

We are a commercial & industrial general contractor for whom Apex Building Company has completed a couple of spray foam projects. In each instance, they sprayed 2" closed cell on the interior of side of the roof and wall panels of metal buildings. The larger of the two projects was on a military installation where security and safety was of the utmost importance. The difficulty of the project was increased by the fact that the area was an ordnance testing facility that had to be kept operable during construction. Apex made it possible to insulate the building with their schedule in mind. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.They were very knowledgeable and agreeable in getting the work done during a very demanding project. It was a pleasure to work with them and we would not hesitate to use them again for any sprayfoam work we encounter.
