Basement Finish Specialists, LLC

Basement Finish Specialists, LLC was established by Mark McGowan in 1994 and has designed and constructed over 300 basements since that time. We are licensed and insured and offer a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Most of our full basement jobs take about 6-8 weeks to complete. We are flexible in design changes and try to work through them in a timely manner. We provide lien releases for all of our sub contractors. Customers are encouraged to call our references and schedule a showing of a completed basement. References are kept private so please send an e-mail request or give us a call.
