“As a builder, I was at first skeptical about a concierge representing my client during her custom home project. I quickly saw great value in the services provided by The Home-Build Concierge. Not only did they help my client keep track of all their selections, schedules, etc., but they also helped me in managing the project and therefore reducing change orders and costly delays. I highly recommend The Home-Build Concierge to clients for large and small projects alike. What a great idea!”

“I can speak only about our whole house re-plumb to dead-end pesky underslab copper pipe leaks recently springing to life beneath our 33 year-old home, and to install PEX lines and fittings in new run configurations, all above ground, none under the slab anymore. No jack-hammering the slab to find the leak, no expensive flooring to replace, no more costly leaks springing forth from under the slab to benefit the water company and wash away our equity! It was a Friday when we finally decided to call a company which could make a good leak detection inspection and suggest what could be done. My wife talked with the field supervisor, Paul, of Legendary Home Services, and an appointment was made for later that day, unexpectedly, for where he was located was an hour and a half drive to our place thru horrendous Phoenix traffic. Paul called us back and suggested we move it to Monday, because he would have a work crew available then to begin whatever repairs we decided upon. He arrived about 7:05 Monday morning for an inspection and proposal. While talking with him and discovering the pros and cons of various solutions, we decided on a whole house re-plumb, due to the aging copper pipes that had been under constant assault by our heavily mineralized water here in the Phoenix area West Valley for far too long. Sure, we could have kept fixing individual line leaks, but over time, we would have had more money invested than if we did it all right now. Brian, a Master Plumber, and his assistant arrived several hours later (a long drive to here, remember?) and for the rest of the week, we were treated to severe plumbing operations: find, cut, de-solder, pull old manifolds and pipes, solder new joints, drill and cut holes in wall studs for new piping runs, pull new PEX overhead in 140-degree heat and through walls working around built-in obstacles, check for leaks in the new, fix a couple potential leaks, repeat, repeat, repeat. A couple nights, the team was here long after normal quitting time to fix minor gremlin-type problems, asses the day's progress, and set plans for the next day. Each day they arrived at the agreed upon time for our convenience; each afternoon or evening they cleaned up the dust and leftovers of the day's work. Finally, late on Friday, the install was done. After a long week in the heat and an exhausting week for the install team, we gained improved water flow, faster hot water at all the hot outlets, a sense of relief in that it would be a long, long time before the new lines and system would cause problems, and we feel we gained a new friend or two. The install team had been persistent, dedicated and thorough in their work, all while doing their best at not wanting to disrupt our lives any more than absolutely necessary. Would we hire Legendary HS again? Most probably. Would we recommend them to our friends? Again, most probably. If you are considering replacing the aging pipes in your home, talk to them. Explore solutions thru their expertise and knowledge. If you go with them, be sure you understand all that's involved; you might consider a hotel room for a night or so. Also, be sure to get a printout of the proposal and agreed upon costs before work begins; it will make it easier for you to make notes and jot any changes in the scope of work right on the contract.”

“Chris of CK Valenti Designs is an artist in cabinetry and metal -and in combining both skills on one project. I have worked with him on TV and fireplace built ins as well as bathroom vanities and I'm always impressed with the quality of his construction and finishes. With every design I give him, he is meticulous in details as we review everything inside and out. His finishes are always spot on to the finish sample I request he match, and his pricing is very good for the quality he provides. I'm also amazed by his shop as it is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. I would certainly recommend Chris for any custom cabinetry.”
