“ERI Building and Design have transformed our 2003 house inside and out over the past year carrying out a two-phase remodeling project. Their project manager worked with us to remodel our kitchen and half the square footage of our house while we remained in the house. This meant a lot of fine tuning which is what they have done so well for us for over a decade. ERI has substantially remodeled each of the houses we have owned from interior renovations, new additions and two very different pools with landscaping. ERI has access to the best professionals in all areas of building, ie landscape design, millwork, metal work, etc. The ERI team is a one stop shop: from drawing up the plans they create the detailed timelines and a budget and stick to it! The project manager we have used has the highest attention to detail and is highly responsive to us. ERI is always happy to work with us on any house related issue whether small or large and they stand by all of their completed work. I have recommended them to everyone for years and happy to do so now.”

The furniture assemblers arrived as scheduled, were courteous, professional, and efficient in assembling all the furniture perfectly. They brought all the necessary tools, worked carefully in our home, gathered all the cardboard and packing supplies as they went along, and placed the individual pieces where they belonged in the rooms. By the time they left, they had turned a house full of boxes into a home to live in. I actually look forward to having another job of this nature, so I can work with Adam and his assemblers again.
