My name is Jason. I own Columbus Demo Co. We are a professional construction company which specializes in residential demolition, rehab projects & small commercial jobs. I used to manage one of the larger demo companies in Columbus. I also worked for a small plumbing company. As such, I can safely cap off water which comes in handy doing a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We can remove walls, ceilings, drop-ceilings, insulation, flooring or fencing...practically anything. I am customer focused. My # 1 goal is to have each customer become a reference for my business. That is part of the reason I've chosen to stay focused on the residential side and stay away from the larger commercial jobs. I manage the jobs myself and do much of the work - sometimes all of it. I actually enjoy the demo process. I do have a trusted crew when needed. When taking down walls to the studs, we de-nail all existing studs. It's the attention to detail that makes a professional difference. One of the aspects that separates my company from others is my thorough cleaning. I care about each project and treat each project as if it were my own house. Demo is dusty by nature but, I finish each job with a final walk-thru and running the vacuum. We haul all materials away. I have a long-standing relationship with Professional Hauling. Depending on the size of the project, I'll use a dumpster or my dump trailer. I have several business references. I support, & have worked with, community enhancement programs like the Southside's Healthy Homes which is partnered with Nationwide Children's Hospital. In 2014, I was the Demolition Project Manager for The US Attorney General's Office Remodel. I have the experience to run any size job, no matter how big or small.
