“Placed an order on 5/1/13 for 13 wainscotting kits through a reseller (architectualdepot.com) which noted a shipping date of between 5/10/13 to 5/13/13, with delivery between 5/13/13 to 5/16/13. I received the kits today on 5/9/13. I received the kits before I received a shipping/tracking email. The kits were made in Canada by Elite Trim Works. 8 days to receive from Canada! Wow! Great Job! I opened all the boxes and nothing was missing or broken. One corner of one piece of trim was slightly mushed, but that was it. I would order from AD.com and Elite Trimworks again without reservation. A+ guys!”

“In the beginning of 2014, we have just survived our first winter in our new home. During the deep freeze/thaw weather, we noticed that there was a leak in our basement. We had searched online and ask recommendations from colleagues (who are in the construction/renovation trade) and found Nusite. We gave them a call and the next day Gemil Lacroix came and assessed the situation. He was very thorough and gave us his analysis what may have happened and why. He was very informative and gave us a couple of options to fix the leak. We decided to the fix right and ended up water proofing the one side of the house that didn't have window wells and install a sump pump. His team came a couple days later and finished the work in 2-3 days - when we thought it would be done in 5 days. Since then we didn't find anymore leaks...until this past winter this year. Again with the deep freeze and thawing we found a different leak. We contacted Gemil Lacroix and he came a couple of days later to assess what may have happened. We gave him some background information as to what we have done after we found the leak. Again, he was very knowledgable and gave us more info as to why these leaks are happening. Seeing that it is a very old house things needed to be done in order for these leaks to stop from happening every year. He gave us a couple of options from a "band-aid" fix to the ultimate fix. We have not yet made a decision as to how we are to fix the current problem, but I know eventually the work that Nusite will do will be supreme. The work they had done last year was great. There has not been any leaks at that side of the house and the sump pump is doing it's job. I recommend Nusite to anyone who is looking to water-proof their basement. They know their stuff, they are professional, and personable.”

“Hector and his team painted the entire apartment and removed the popcorn ceiling perfectly! They were really helpful in choosing the right paint quality for the job and there were no hidden costs or cut corners. They finished by the due date with no issues. “I love the natural looks of stone and wood, they are beautiful. For that, I requested my architect to integrate as much stone and wood as possible into the design of my new home. He did, he created a beautiful home for me. He chose beautiful marbles for my floors and showers and chose granites for my countertops, backsplashes and the bar. His creation is beautiful, very beautiful. During construction, he protected the finished floors with paper then hardboard and plywood. After construction is completed and the floor protection removed, I was stunt to see that my floor is ruined! There were remaining tape, grout and glue on my marble floor from construction everywhere! There were stains from coffee and tea too. I was much sadden by the scene. I hired cleaners and they used 'Goof Off' and plastic wall scrappers trying to clean the floors. That was not successful because the majority of the dirt did not come off and the floor area is too big for the operation. Just before I gave up I went to the website and was lucky to stumble into INTEX surface solutions. It caught my attention because of their 'Stone care guide'. It was my luck that I contacted Robert of INTEX. I briefly explained the situation to him over the phone and he came to take a look. In our short meeting, I was totally bought by his knowledge. He assured me the floor can be restored and he also explained and recommended to me that I should also seal all the (marble) showers. I decided to have him doing the work because I trust him and his price is very reasonable. That was a great decision on my part to trust the job to him because Robert and his crew are very knowledgeable. They did their work meticulously, cleanly and with heart. Now all my showers were cleaned and sealed and my floor is restored, sealed and shine! What a beautiful floor and what a beautiful experience. I do owe Robert and his INTEX crew for such a great job. I do want others who need to have their service to know about INTEX Surface Solutions because they will be happy to have chosen them too. I have already requested Robert and his INTEX crew to come and acid clean the exterior of my new home off the cement and mortar streaks, seal the flagstone in the front steps and seal the stone on the driveway and patio early summer. I am really impressed by their knowledge and Robert's good and honest recommendations (for the good of the customer and not only for getting more business). Thank you Robert, thank you INTEX.
