This was an absolute GREAT experience with the installers. Took only about 2 total hours, as I asked questions I had thorough knowledgeable and courteous answers. While they worked in the kitchen the installers made an enclosure to keep any dirt/dust from escaping this "tent" and cleanup was all self contained, absolutely excellent. We love the sun tunnel and Heinsight was a great choice for us.

The location of the sun tubes in the kitchen was done by Darren. An estimate was sent by e-mail several days later and was very close to the final cost. The installers were very professional and friendly. The installation was completed in the estimated time with no disruption to the household They cleaned up the area after the project was complete. We were very satisfied with ALL aspect of the project. The sun tubes are working great!!!

This company installed a solar tube light for me, did a wonderful job and left my home absolutely spotless. Friendly, efficient and and competent, and the office staff was immediately responsive to request for assistance in how to apply for a tax credit. I would not hesitate to do business with them again or to highly recommend them to anyone interested in their products.

I was looking for a company to install Sun Tunnels in my north facing condo in Boulder. While I found some companies that could come right away, I also found Heinsight. They were booked months out, and had excellent reviews. I called and talked to Jennie Miller, who turned out to be Office Manager extraordinaire. She knew WAY more than simply scheduling. She answered every question I had, with obvious skill and experience. That really helped me feel at ease with choosing them. Darren Heinsight has built his business on his Customer Service for many years.....and I found, every step of the way, from start to past finish, that he showed up, honored his word, and is well-trusted in the industry. The Sun Tunnels have made all the difference in my place! I am totally happy with them and with Heinsight and am very happy to recommend them!

We are very pleased with our Sun Tunnels! We purchased a home with no windows in either bathroom and got quotes from a window installer and also from Heinsight Solutions. We decided to go with the Sun Tunnel option which has made such a difference in the bathrooms! It is so nice to have light in both bathrooms all the time now and sometimes I'm even reaching for the light switch to turn the light off even though it isn't on. This company has been great to interact with from start to finish. The installers were very professional and got the job done much more quickly than I had anticipated. Highly recommended if you need to add some light to your home.

We had two solar skylights put in by Heinsight Solutions what a great job by Darren and Alex. They were very prepositional. They look great and perform great. They took the time to explain the remote control to me and my wife. Thank you

Darin and his team installed 16 skylights and we could not be more thrilled. We had a very leaky situation and more than a few companies did not feel up to the task. Darin jumped right in and was here every day until it was done. We had a slight motor issue 9 months later and he was here the same day I called...you can't ask for more! I have referred others and they have all been pleased.

We had 3 major hail storms in our area. We had a lot of people who needed roof contractors. I contacted 4 companies. I had one company which gave me a date when they could give me an estimate of the damage to my 2 skylights. Heinsight Solutions was the only one who came when they said they would. The others cancelled. My insurance company needed a written estimate. Heinsight Solutions gave me a written estimate subject to them seeing the damage. The final estimate was almost exactly what they quoted me. They are wonderful people to work with and they do what they promise. The installers were very professional and did a GREAT JOB installing the skylights and chimney cap. If you need a contractor to install skylights call them. Jenny and Leighanna are wonderful to work with. They go out of their way to help with what needs to be done. They are very professional and know their business.

Heinsight solutions is the way to go for Velux window installation ! They were friendly , polite, prompt and very insightful helping us decide on a solution to our dark room . They were also exceptional with the details of our installation! We'd highly recommend this 5 star professional team!

My skylight needed some repairs--a new top hinge assembly, insect screen and blackout shade. I called numerous authorized installers who either did not have the courtesy to return my calls or said they would get me an estimate but never did-even after multiple phone calls and emails on my part. When I was finally referred to Heinsight, Jennie returned my call immediately. She sent Darren to look at the job and give me an estimate--even though they are located in Fort Collins and my job was in Boulder (the distance was why I did not call them in the first place). As soon as the parts came in, they did a very nice job on the installation and repairs. They are knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and prompt in their communications and in returning phone calls and emails. I absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Heinsight Solutions replaced 3 of our skylights during a re-roofing project. We now have 3 excellent new solar-powered skylights with which we are very pleased. We live in a condominium with 30-some other units, and Heinsight also replaced 12 other skylights with very good results. We look forward to continuing working with Heinsight next spring, when other buildings and units in our Community proceed on with re-roofing and skylight replacement.
