We bought a Forno Brava residential pizza oven from George and can't say enough about his willingness to educate and support us during the purchase, delivery and installation. My husband and I installed the oven ourselves and George made himself available to answer questions 7 day a week. What I liked the best was his enthusiasm and confidence in his product, sharing recipes and cooking tips. If he didn't know an answer to a question he would research and get back to you within a day. We couldn't be happier with our experience and the oven.

Aside from the fact I liked the design of the pizza oven insert sold by Forno Bravo the real selling feature was the excellent customer service I received from George McNeil of Home Pizzeria Ovens. From my first phone call to him till my project was complete George was always available to answer any questions for both myself and my mason. He gave us his cell phone number and said "please call with any questions" and we certainly did. This whole project was a wonderful experience for me and my mason as this was the first oven he had built. In the end I have a beautiful outdoor oven that works flawlessly. During my first conversation with George his questions to me about what I really wanted this oven for and the size I might have in mind gave way to his recommendations on ovens that would work for me. One thing to add is that George knew all aspects of this project, from the construction to the initial firing process to some helpful hints with the actual cooking. First spoke with Mr. George McNeil via telephone after finding his information on-line. Friendly, informative service, very knowledgable about home pizza ovens. We were so pleased with the speedy service and cooperation. Our home was being built at the time...and everything from picking the right oven for our needs to the shipping and installation was handled professionally. Follow-up questions and concerns once the oven was installed were always met with a professionalism beyond compare! We even get periodic updates from his company via e-mail with great home pizza oven recipes! We would highly recommend his company!
