We had a pleasure working with Richard and his team on one of our larger kitchen remodel projects in Los Gatos where his team installed a beautiful 2 stop hydraulic elevator with a Custom Clear Acrylic Gate and Oak interior. The moment we spoke with Richard, we knew he is the professional we want to work with. He worked closely with our Los Altos Builders Team on preparation of the elevator shaft, making sure that everything goes according to the plan. The entire project was a huge success. Our customer couldn’t have been happier!

Quality installation (no corners cut, neat component/equipment layout in attic, were careful with home's interior, cleaned up after selves). Owner was very easy to work with and was very flexible, understood my environment, offered options in both directions (to save money and/or upgrade). I always felt that he put my interest ahead of him making money. He checked on me often, answered all questions, and provided solutions to any challenges I/we came across. I am extremely satisfied with the work quality, the cost, the communication, ... the whole experience.

Residential elevator was a perfect solution for our home. We installed a one stop, wood paneled cab which matches our home's interior. REICA Construction has knowledgeable and professional staff. REICA worked with us over a one year period from fact finding to installation and followed up with adjustments.

I hired REICA after evaluating several residential elevator companies for my remodeled home in Piedmont. Their pricing for the elevator, installation and maintenance support was fair and reasonable as compared to all others. The elevator had all the upgrades one could ask for and the size and style fit my residence to a perfect match. I also wanted some consulting support during the construction phase to make sure we build the right elevator concrete pit where the elevator would fit. Richard and his crew kept advising us during the construction phase so that when the elevator came in they could install it correctly and there would be no complaints on the size or dimensions of the pit. My elevator was for a 3 story home and it looked outstanding once it was completed, thanks to Richard and his crew who installed it. I wanted to make sure they were experts and that they could stand behind their product, their installation and the maintenance, I did not want to take on that responsibility or liability. All certificates were issued to the city of piedmont and I was delighted.

Reica Construction, Inc. Installed elevator at our house. They are very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. They have experienced staff. They were able to meet deadlines and stay within the budget. They worked well with our general contractor.

We have just moved into a brand new condominium in downtown los altos in California. It is on two levels and Richard had installed an elevator between the floors. Richard worked with the builders during the construction stage and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He delivered what exactly he promised and we are very happy with his work. What more, he even stopped by the day when he was in the area to say hello and to ask us how we are using the elevator and whether we had any questions. And that is customer service !!

Cannot praise them enough! Richard and his crew did everything you could possibly ask for from a responsible company. From planning to installation to service, everything was geared toward making the customer happy. We had an unusual installation and the end result was a properly functioning elevator, however it made some persistent noises during elevator travel. REICA technicians visited several times, and even brought in experts from the factory to get the problem resolved. It has been virtually flawless ever since. Bravo and thank you! I have a child with DMD. I had interviewed quite a few companies about installing an elevator in our home. Throughout the process Richard was the only one that never pressured us, but more importantly was the only one whom asked questions about DMD and it's future effect on my son's health. Richard then demonstrated his knowledge base of what was needed, and how he would be able to modify the elevator as my son's DMD progressed. We had talked with Richard for over a year, in which time we actually purchased a new home, which meant some changes for Richard to consider, for him it what was more important that my son and family were being put first; he just did it! We have had the elevator installed for three months now; the installers, Casey and Matt; were very friendly, respectful, courteous, everything professionals should be. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard, his company, or the installers, Casey and Matt.

I still remember when I first met Richard from REICA Construction almost 3 years ago. He walked into the Acorn Stairlifts office and his friendliness and professionalism made him the idea person to partner with in Northern California. One of the rare things I have found in Richard is that customer care seems to be his priority. The way he runs his business adds value to the Acorn Stairlifts brand…I wish there were more like him!!!
