Remodel Advocates helped me with my contractor negotiations. They helped me understand teh contractor's motivations and made the process smoother. They are professional and knowledgeable, and I would use them on future projects.

Patrick has made remodeling my house very easy. Once I let him know what I needed, he referred me to a great General Contractor that he thought would be a good fit. It was a perfect fit - the project started out as fixing a moisture issue in the master bedroom along with fixing a flooring issue. The project turned into a complete remodel. One side of the house was done at a time. The master bedroom is virtually finished and we are now winding up on the kitchen cabinets on the other side of the house. I have lived in the house the entire time! Patrick and his crew have never complained. I also work remote out of my house and lots of care has had to be taken to not get in my way. Patrick has been super patient with all the obstacles. He has a very refreshing approach, that automatically put me at ease - I felt like we were a team. I would hire Remodel Advocates again any day.

Remodel Advocates consulted on our major home remodel and gave us a lot of things to consider that we otherwise would probably not have thought of, until it was too late! They also warned us of typical and unique pitfalls to watch for during a large project like this. They have a keen eye for design as well, which helped in many areas of the job. Highly recommended.
