“I scheduled my inspection prior to closing on our home. The staff was professional and easy to work with. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and at a time that suited me. Upon arrival, the inspector was clear and informative, very thorough, even giving us tips and hints for maintenance and energy saving and easy ways to increase our property value. He was able to alert us to some simple items that needed repair. We were provided a detailed report with the condition of all major systems inside our home as well as the interior review and items that may need repair or replacement, approximate age and where we can make minor improvements. It was a great education on our home and I'm happy with the professionalism and clarity of the inspection and the pleasant staff.”
