Steep creek installed two walkways on the front of our brand new high end custom built home. They are awful- and started shifting and crumbling (flagstones literally coming up and pitching in different directions), as well, they didn't create a flush walkway with the driveway (they 'ramped' the polymer sand joints into a 'step' which looks ridiculous). There is no ownership to correcting their mistakes and after over a year of trying to get them to repair their shoddy workmanship- i hear only excuses and failures to show up and make the work right. I don't know how these people are still in business.

If you have a small job do not call this company. They were going to do one for me and set up a time and date to come. No one ever showed up. I got no phone call letting me know they couldn't come nor did the scheduler nor owner return my phone messages. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Mind blowing, actually.
