For the last 15 years I have had all of my fabrics treated at the factory, but recently found out the hard way, that there was no one to call when the client has a problem.
I found out about your service through a colleague of mine who said she had been recommending Ultra-Guard to her clients, not just for the protection application but also for the great follow up with any staining issues.
Even though you had not originally treated my client’s sofa, your technician, Robert, came out and successfully removed the spaghetti sauce, leaving it looking like new. My client had him apply your Stain Free guard with the 5 year service warranty (so they don’t have to pay for service if they have another spill.)
As for me, I will never order the fabrics treated at factory again and I will be calling Ultra-Guard for my next installation.

Good luck getting them to come clean what they've treated. It's more than 2 1/2 months since I reached out to get some furniture cleaned. I've had all 10 rooms of furniture treated by them and they ask every time I call if they've done the treatment. The local tech? I've heard every excuse including "my truck caught on fire" and "I'll check my schedule" when it comes to setting up an appointment. Find some other firm.

Ultra Guard is the worst company I have ever worked with. They ruined my sofa and promised that their protection wouldn't stain or cause harm to my new sofa. The owner of the company is incredible rude, not helpful and has treated me and my mom very poorly. They also haven't been helpful in mediating the situation. They tried to clean it which they said was the best method which only caused more damage to the sofa. They don't know what they are doing and I would never recommend them to anyone. Do not hire them they ruin your items, don't have good customer, don't help fix the problem they caused and are overpriced.

Ultra-guard provided me with a very poor service and product! I paid $1500 to protect my furniture and rugs. I chose to pay more for them after lots of research as they said they sold a superior product and because of their 5 year guarantee. The first time I called them to get my stains removed – they just sent me a bottle of their cleaning fluid and told me to do it myself. The second time, they refused to come because I had moved home and was no longer in their “service area”. My home is in Greenwich, CT and only 6 mins away from Westchester - which they do cover. Nevertheless the owner was not prepared to help me. They market themselves as “National Wide” – but they are not. Their product did not cause “beading” when water was dropped and fluids just soaked in. As far as I can see their product has not made any difference at all. When I asked Ultra-guard why this was – they just said it was the particular material they had sprayed it on – but I had used it on 4 different materials! I have used other products in my home (e.g. Goof Proof & Scotchgard) which did caused beading. I also suspect that they will not honor their guarantee unless you use their cleaning services – which was double the price of others! Their guarantee is meaningless. I have been very disappointed.

Working with Lisa at Ultra Guard was definitely very convenient. She was very efficient with whatever questions we had for her, and would go out of her way to find out anything we needed done. Definitely will keep working with this company as long as we are in business.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa from Ultra Guard. I have been working with a client for the past six months on designing her living and family rooms. Once we had all of the new, custom furnishings in place, I knew that we needed to protect my client's recent investment. Enter Lisa. From the first phone call, to the completion of service, everything was handled with clear, professional care. The technician that showed up is actually someone I have worked with for years so I knew that the service was going to be thoughtful and well done. There were no surprises-everyting went perfectly! I will be using Lisa for all of my future projects!

I chose Ultraguard for my residential interior design client in Philadelphia, who was prepping for an event at her home. I was quite impressed that I was able to get an appointment durning the week that Hurricane Sandy wrecked the east coast.
As expected their schedule was overwhelming, and as with all of us in the aftermath, we were all running late Yet, . they kept in constant contact with me durning the day to pinpoint their arrival time. They did an excellent job, and did not rush. They stayed late to address a difficult spot issue despite the 2 other commercial properties they were facing that were storm damaged and would most likely take them well into the night to complete.
They were respectful to me and well as my clients' home and belongings.
I will definitely use their services for my clients in the future.

We started with UltraGuard about a year and 1/2 ago and have received prompt and professional service from both the head office and the technician who applies the product locally. As an interior design firm, it has proven to be a profitable "up-sell" to offer clients who purchase upholstered pieces through us. The product itself seems to be very effective. We have not had a single complaint from our clients and have also had the sealant applied to pieces in our showroom. We were especially impressed with it's performance on an expensive hand-knotted rug placed in a high-traffic area. It seemed easier to vacuum after the application and a few spills were easily blotted up without leaving a stain.
