Shawn from Waterwise has been amazing the past 7 years I've known him. I first learned of Waterwise when I realized our home in Irvine actually had very hard water and we had a pipe burst and many of our neighbors pipes were also bursting from the hard water in the area. I was surprised to learn how hard the water actually is in Orange County. For this reason, it prompted me to get a water softener. I researched so many places through Yelp and got quotes from multiple 4 and 5 star places (Waterwise was a 5-star). The reason I went with Shawn/Waterwise was because of his amazing responsiveness, consultative nature, and customer service. He was very patient in explaining how the units work, talking through options, etc. Our install was flawless. His installer (cannot recall his name) was efficient and fast. Not only did this give our pipes a break, my skin and hair got so much softer from the soft water quality. This was about 7 years ago. When we moved to our new home in Orange County 2 years ago, again I used Waterwise for our new home's soft water unit. It was a similarly great experience. Additionally, Shawn installed a RO (Reverse Osmosis) unit under our sink, as well. This unit made our drinking water sediment and chlorine free, and put minerals back into the water. Shawn has become a great resource and friend for all our water needs, and I cannot recommend him more! :)

Shawn with Waterwise Solutions is awesome! He came to our house and explained the different types of water treating systems available and clearly explained soft water vs. water filtration and tested our water (which, as expected, was extremely hard). He is great to work with and is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, patiently answering my husbands many questions and texts. The installation team did a great job as well; very quick, clean and professional. Pricing is very fair and competitive. We have had the system now for about three weeks and are extremely happy with the soft, filtered water system we purchased.

Waterwise Solutions installed a Nuvia Simplicity water softening system as well as a reverse osmosis drinking water system system for me and the experience has been excellent. Mine was a bit more complicated and Shawn worked to find the best solution for my particular situation. He even came by on a Sunday to look over the scope of the project which impressed me right off the bat. The install went well on both systems and I could not be happier with my choice to go with Waterwise. I. am enjoying both of my new systems and Shawn has been there whenever I've had any questions. Excellent customer service - Highly recommended!

Shawn was excellent through the entire process. He provided a very comprehensive consultation in advance and was very specific to our needs with options. At no point was there a "push" for more bells and whistles or such. I really appreciated his honesty and time invested to ensure we fully understood functionalities and options. Once we decided the installation was seamless and exactly what was promised. We absolutely love the new water system and should have done it much sooner- outstanding results and I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking to install such a system- Great work!

Shawn was so friendly and professional throughout the entire process! He was clear and patient when explaining what hard water is, and what all the different options are. He emailed me a bunch of materials to look over with prices up front (no pressure and no surprises), and then came to my house for a consultation. He was so knowledgeable and helped me choose the system that was the best fit for my home, all while being very mindful of my budget. His technician installed the system while I was at work, and he left the place very clean - I just came home to a new water system! Shawn met me after work to explain everything - showing me what all they put in and the maintenance I'll need to do. I got the Nuvia Pro with the Alkaline RO filter drinking water system. He even hooked it up to my fridge so I can have RO filtered ice cubes! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new water system. It tastes delicious to drink, and my roommate and I can't get over how soft and silky our hair is now. Hands down, worth every penny, and I would recommend buying from Shawn to everyone I know! We love our new water filtration system. You don't realize the great benefits until after you start using it. We got the whole house system and a separate system for drinking water. Shawn is very professional and easy to work with. We had a little glitch the first week with it but he immediately sent out someone to fix it. Highly recommend this company

I did some research on a water softener system and ended up going with Shawn based on yelp reviews and my interaction with him. He was very professional and patiently answered all questions I had. He knew every detail about the product and gave a crash course on the advantages of having a water softener system in the house. I liked that he wasn't pushy to sell his product. But, he didn't need to be. From talking to him he seemed passionate about his product and believed that it would help improve our life. Pricing: There were different tiers to his pricing. I felt that they were reasonable. Evaluation & Installation: Done by his trusted crew that has been with him for sometimes. Total time about 2-4 hours, including the installation of reverse osmosis faucet. Came out to test the hardness of the water before the installation and again after the installation. Nicely cleaned up everything afterward. Follow-up: Had a call the following day to see how everything went. Was told to call him anytime for any problem. Overall: Extremely happy with the whole process. We can 'see', feel, and taste the difference in our water. Thank you Shawn & Crew.

Shawn is a genuinely nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and water treatment solutions. He explained the many options very clearly and set realistic expectations. There was no pressure or up selling at all. During the installation of my water treatment unit, his team pointed out that my main pipe did not have water pressure valve installed. It was a shock to me because I didn't even notice and it potentially could have cause major pipe problems. He could have resolved the issue by installing one, but suggested that I called my builder first. It has been 8 years since my house was built, but the builder did send a tech out to install one right away and acknowledged that it was a mistake on the company's part.
