I began career in electrical field in Quebec, and moved to Ontario in 1975. In Ontario I began working for utlity company, and on side doing home renovations and construction.
I performed my first Home Inspection in 1999, and was at that time doing only part time as I still had my other job. I took some time in 2004 to begin a tree service company – helping out a friend with his business. My friend passed away, and the tree service has been discontinued, and now focus on Home Inspection and renovations only.
I took the time and training to obtain my WETT certifications to perform inspections on wood burning appliances, I have taken training in Indoor Air Quality and testing for allergens, mould, radon, etc., in early 2017 I became certified in Air Tightness Testing.
I have also taken the time to become a Certified Master Home Inspector.
