The options of granite, backsplash and sinks to select among were great. We had requested a breakdown of the costs and labor for granite, backsplash, sinks, materials, etc. from Mike (Sales) multiple times and received nothing but a list of what they needed with no prices...used car sales mentality. He answered very few questions we had about the things they subcontract and never took the time to ask the subcontractors for us.
Roman Sr. and Jr. did an Outstanding job. However, when they took out the old sink to replace with the new granite composite sink I purchased elsewhere, they took with them over $100 worth of parts we have now had to pay to replace, i.e. Sewer Vent, the P Trap...words from the plumber we had to hire on our own, to get the job done after three days of no water, disposal and dishwasher. Per the new Plumber, "They took Everything!" I looked through many disgusting garbage bags and boxes, to see if perhaps these were thrown away...nothing.
After the granite men finished in one very stressful day after just moving into a brand new home, the next day, the glass backsplash men (Jeff and Al) came for two days and did an Amazing Job! We are delighted with the quality of the counter work and backsplash.
So, what is my problem? The Plumbers Brian and his helper were supposed to be here at the very latest 6 PM. They arrived at 7. They were so tired they could hardly walk. We had mentioned that we were using Wildwood's three under mount sinks, but to save the bowls because we were going to sell them to a house flipper. However, in the kitchen, we wanted to use the faucet and sprayer that came with the house. The granite men had already finished and sealed their job.
I was told by Brian that the granite guys should have drilled four holes not two and that the previous faucet put into this new home by The Villages, is dated. I am now told we would have needed three holes and that the plate could have been taken off and the two holes would have been perfect.
Brian (Plumber), looked for every excuse he could think of to leave. It was very obvious they did not want to mess with the kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher.
Wildwood Kitchen & Bath said we owed these plumbers $825 for hooking up three bathroom sinks in 1/2 hour? We were so upset by all of this. Brian said, "If you don't pay us, we will take the faucets out. Finally, he said he would "settle" for $500, which we were reluctant to pay.
I called Mike at Wildwood that night (left a message) and again the next morning and he totally defended the subcontractor saying, "The guys needed an Escutcheon for the sink and they didn't have one with them on their truck". Really? I mentioned that we have purchased these before and they are not hard to get. Mike (Sales) said, "Excuse me mam, they don't buy any parts from China". I am an Inventor...Really???
I said that we either wanted our money back or a new faucet from Wildwood and the guys to put it in. He said, "The guys will come back right now and will install the faucet you originally had, using the Escutcheon and you Will pay them the rest of the $825 for finishing the job, "But,You Ain't Gettin' Nothin' (Wildwood can do so much better). Does the business defend the subcontractor???
By this point, we thought Mike and Brian were idiots and no longer trusted either. We called our own plumber and he came the next night (late Saturday) and looked at everything and he came today at 7 AM on a Sunday and is furious that so many parts were taken. Our Plumber said that the two most expensive pieces were taken; that two drains worth $40 each were left that cannot be used. He said, "Get your money back for these".
In the meantime, we are paying s Plumber weekend rates, there are so many parts missing, that he has had to recreate the entire mess and he is pissed that this is what he was left with. Interesting, that he had every part on his truck that he needed to use...go figure. An Escutcheon was not a needed part.
We have ended up paying $400 and all of the inconvenience this has caused to us overall, is unimaginable.
Ridiculous that Wildwood (Mike-Sales) made it all sound all flowery and seamless. Sad that the plumbers changed our entire opinion of this place. I say, get a company that has actual installers, contractors and plumbers employed by them. I get that Wildwood does not want them on payroll, to pay benefits and Workers Comp. A business cannot survive on all subcontractors and the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing with the entire operation.
Finally, since when does the Sales person make it the customers fault because the plumber cannot/would not take the time to finish the final step of the process???
If we knew then what we know now, we would have spent more time researching who we should have used and asked our many friends here who did/did not work for them...

We had a kitchen rebuilt by this company. At the time of the initial order the said they would start the install in 6 weeks. The time turned out to be 5 months. The job was completed 2 days before we left on a 3 month RV trip. We always turn our water off when we leave for a period of time. After being back for 2 weeks we discovered water under the sink. We called a plumber and he told us there was a leak behind the new sink cabinet so we called this company. They came out and tore a hole in the back cabinet and thru the Sheetrock only to tell me it was my issue not theirs even though they broke a line during the install and fixed it then. They told me the leak was in the hot water line which they did not break or touch meaning the leak magically happened during their install but was not known because we turned off the water. The bill came to over 600 .00 and that does not include Sheetrock install or the cabinet repair. We met with the owner who continued to say their people did not cause the leak and that our cutting the water off and on when going out of town caused the leak. Bottom line, beware of this company. We would not recommend them and would not use them again. The owner was incredibly rude to us in the meeting and would not even meet us halfway or accept any responsibility at all. Again beware.

Wildwood Kitchen and Bath owners proved total lack of business ethics and poor customer treatment.
•4/4/15 four major appliances were delivered. To help of the installation of the new refrigerator, microwave and stove, I moved out a two foot cabinet that was between the stove and refrigerator.
•4/11/15 we signed contract with Wildwood Kitchens
•4/25/15 templates were made by Wildwood Kitchens - I informed the template/installer that the 2 foot cabinet was loose. He said that it was not a problem and no template was made.
•4/29/15 Granite installation began. The cabinet was set by the installer and last item to be done was to reset the stove.
•Problem – the stove was wedged solid against the granite of the 2 foot cabinet which prevented it from proper installation leaving a 3-1/2 inches gap between the stove and the back wall.
•Problem – the installer left without telling us that the stove could not be properly installed.
•4/30/15 I called Wildwood Kitchens – I was immediately accused by the female owner that the problem was my fault for moving cabinet. I denied it.
•4/30/15 she arrived at our home to see the problem and ask for final payment. Once again I had to deny responsibility as vehemently as she continued to accuse. She was hostile and very unpleasant to deal with. My wife intervened on my behalf “stop before you have a heart attack. Calm then prevailed.
•She insisted on final payment because the terms of the contract had been completed. I refused as the stove was still a major problem. She continued to demand final payment and I only agreed to assume total risk when she finally stated the installer would return to fix the problem She took pictures and so did I.
•She demanded final payment by check even when they had agreed final payment would be by credit card – we won.
•5/5/15 the installer returned as promised and fixed the problem by removing the granite backsplash, quickly loosened the granite top and squaring both to the cabinet. The stove was easily set properly and the cabinet was never moved.
•I was correct that the cabinet was never the problem and the owner was totally wrong in her accusations and behavior.

Restored a shower enclosure and had Jetta Stone as a replacement and frameless glass enclosure. Looks great, only drawback is that the hardware, which was expensive, and the glass have become very spotted and I have soft water. I called and they informed me that it was normal and nothing could be done about it.

We found the salesman to be very knowledgable, and helpful in planning project. Workman was on time for appointment. Project in progress.
