***Beware!*** Horrible communication or in my case, complete absence of communication. Mike never answered his phone, never returned voicemails, never answered emails, and never answered messages sent through his website. Don’t waste your money ordering samples like I did because you’ll never be able to order the actual beams. Save yourself a lot of frustration and wasted time and find another company that makes wooden beams!

Attention!!! Horrible business. We ordered 10 beams. 5 beams destroyed in shipping. We worked with a few beams by glueing and repairing where we could. When they were delivered pictures were taken by the shipper and us. An insurance agent came out to handle the claim. Mike Capuzzo said he would replace the beams. It has been over a month since he said they would be shipped but still no beams. He called and asked us to help with shipping because he could not afford it. We told him he can pay for the shipping with the money from the insurance claim. We have called and emailed for the last 2 weeks with no response. We paid $5000 for all the beams and only have half that can be used. This is a total rip off. Do not buy from this unreputable company. If they come shipped and damaged you are out of luck.
