“This contractor has been very prompt, courteous and extremely helpful in performance of their twice yearly inspection and cleaning of my Air/Heating equipment at my residence. They have gone out of their way to provide complete cleaning, servicing and examination of critical components of the system, to include advising me of potential future problems with the equipment. When they say they will visit the home at a particular time and date they arrive on-time, often arriving with two repairmen, and always calling before the arrive to alert us. I would never hesitate to highly recommend their services to other families.”

“Our extremely old system finally kicked the bucket. We had several different companies give us estimates, ranging from $7500 - $14,500. Miller Services was the only company to measure the house and figure load calculations. They were the most thorough in their estimate and discussions with us. We were taken back by sticker shock. We needed new heating and air conditioning but we were not entirely prepared to hear the cost. We waited a couple of months to really research our options. Miller Services is who we chose and have been thrilled with every aspect. They are very polite, respectful of our home and efficient. Each time they left, they made sure everything was clean and picked up. Rob has spent quite a bit of time fine tuning our system. That was in May. Each member of the service team quickly sets to work and gets it done. They truly want to make sure every aspect of our new system meets our expectations. We believe we got much more than what we paid for. It has been worth every penny.”

“This company installed a a new air conditioning and heating unit for us. They responded the same day we called and came out to see what the problem was with our old system. The air conditioning compressor was toast and they explained our options of replacing the compressor or buying a new system. We discussed it that night and called them the next day and told them we wanted to replace the unit. The owner came right out and showed us the options for new units. We picked one and they were at our house they next morning to install it. They put down drop clothes everywhere they walked. It only took them until 2 P.M. to finish. The guys cleaned everything up, removed all the boxes and our house was cool by 4 P.M. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick, but thorough. I didn't like the thermostat that came with the unit, so they brought out other choices, explained them all and let us decide if we wanted to upgrade. We didn't think businesses gave that kind of service anymore and we would highly recommend them!”
