“Our home was flooded during Hurricane Irma, and 40% of the house was ruined. We called Kari, and the next day she had a group out here to rip up and out all the yucky walls and carpet, and kitchen and cabinets. We were the first on the block to get the mitigation going and done, so the mold would not take root. Kari used very professional sub contractors that did a superb job of putting our house back together. The choices of tile and cabinets and flooring was high quality and enough choices. She did a good job of narrowing down matching tile and counter. In fact, I have had so many positive comments on the kitchen counter, which I love! The tile guy was an absolute artist about putting our whole kitchen wall up and blending in with an oldish beach house bathroom. Beautiful work! And I told him so! My husband grew up with his dad as a home builder, and he was/is very impressed. The budget was honored and we are extremely pleased with our newish home.”

“Marcel is great. Easy to work with, no surprises. They work hard and don’t waste any time. They are punctual, and clean up after themselves daily. “I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. “Brad and his team did a phenomenal job on our interior remodel. Not only was the work completed beautifully but he and his team made sure to attend to every detail no matter how small. Also, they managed to put me at ease each time I'd begin to worry. We now have a beautiful kitchen, new floors, and new paint with a beautiful open concept because of the wall they removed. I'm so thankful for my new space. Every time someone visits they stand around in awe of how beautiful it is! People constantly say "WOW~! This doesn't even look like the same house!". It's beautiful! “"We had the tub replaced with a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom. We are very pleased with the result. Pedro did and excellent job in helping my wife select the tile and trim. “I tried for a few years to paint my house but the purple in me was at war with the potential sale of my home. I hired Mark and he quickly sent me a text with two of the best colors [not purple} and the war was over. There is no pressure from him and great customer service. There is also a flare for color and application. I appreciate his patience, his honesty and his price. I plan on recommending him a lot. My house looks gorgeous by the way.”
