“I was more than pleased with the service I received from I HVAC Solutions. On the hottest day of spring my house was 95 degrees and I couldn’t sleep. I was too busy sweating praying on a breeze to help cool me off. My ac unit was down and I had no clue what the issue was. I hired so called hvac techs from task rabbit and they couldn’t diagnose the issue. They couldn’t figure out why my compressor would not come on when they verified power was going to it. I wasted time with them because of their lack of knowledge and experience. I looked up top rated hvac companies in the area and I HVAC had 5 star rating and enough reviews to make me try them out. I was really impressed with Sam’s knowledge and expertise. He was very professional and the only one who knew what he was doing. He added a hard start kit and told me my compressor is going bad. He also gave me replacement pricing for the system. Everything was up and running thanks to him. I’ll be replacing my system and I’m going with IHVAC. I’m not wasting anymore time with handymen hvac techs. Sam is a master hvac mechanic and hero in my opinion. My wife told me to stop being cheap and hire a real mechanic and that’s what I had to do”

“We've been happy with all the work we've had done when we replaced our heat pump but on our recommendation my brother contacted them for an estimate on a project that didn't go well. The company sent the wrong person out with the wrong tools, they arrived well after the arranged time and then had to go back to the shop to get the right tools at which point my brother said never mind. Instead his tenant did the project himself for a few dollars whereas Floods estimated hundreds of dollars. Feeling less willing to have them replace my toilet after his experience.”

“During a bathroom remodel we found a leaking shower valve. We completed their online service request form (http://www.myplumber.com/schedule-service/). After 4 days without a response we called and were helped immediately. We also requested a replacement spigot and adding a shut-off valve so it wouldn't freeze.

They provided same day service and actually came early. The plumber showed up within about an hour of our service call. He was courteous, wore shoe covers, took time to explain the work and generated a quote in a few minutes.
The quality of work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, and he took the time to explain all work and the new Moen hardware. The only thing preventing a 5-star is the price. I don't mind paying for convenience and quality but $1800 for 2 hours of work is excessive.”
