Outstanding knowledge, experience, and skill. We had builder-grade carpet over unfinished stairs and wanted a classic finished staircase to match the hardwood flooring and architectural elements of the rest of the house. Bruce carefully analyzed the project, gave us a straightforward, reasonable estimate, and tackled the job. Even despite some unexpected complications from applying the stain we chose, Bruce and his colleagues helped us navigate the issue and completed the job beautifully. In addition, when we had a minor issue with several treads settling and creaking, Bruce promptly returned to solve the problem in short order. Excellent staircase craftsman, highly recommend!

Aside from the fact that Bruce is a genuinely, personable guy, his craft is spot on! I had a stairwell at the entrance of my house that just didn't have an appealing first impression. Although I couldn't verbalize what I wanted he helped me bring my idea to fruition...and it's BEAUTIFUL!! Bruce is a true Master! The design and craftsmanship of my new stair railing is absolutely beautiful and his meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout the project. After he completed the job, there wasn't a shred of evidence that major work had been performed. Lastly, as we were doing a walk through, he was polishing the railing when he noticed a pre-existing spot on the front door and polished that too! Without reservation, I highly recommend Bruce.

WOW! Bruce did an amazing job. We were doing a whole home renovation in Sandestin on a property we had just purchased that was in tough shape. We were hoping to create a complete new staircase/railing/balusters that would be a showpiece. Bruce more than delivered on what he promised. He has a level of expertise and craftsmanship that is extremely hard to find these days. Bruce cares deeply about the quality of his work and was committed to an excellent outcome. There were challenges along the way due to some odd measurements on our 26 year old staircase, but Bruce didn't let those issues phase him. He thoughtfully crafted work-around solutions to the puzzle that was this curved staircase with odd measures. We don't know how he figured it all out, but through the entire process he guided, recommended, and solved each problem that came up in creative ways. All his efforts yielded exactly what we'd hoped for--a beautiful staircase that everyone who enters has admired. Bruce was also fair with his pricing and completed the job on schedule. I highly recommend Bruce and his work.
