I was very hesitant to order staircase rails for my home from a company hundreds of miles away. From my first correspondence with Bill the owner of the company I knew that I was dealing with a person and company of integrity. Bill personally walked me through the measuring process with drawings as well FaceTime when required. When my rails arrived we discovered one of the sections was slightly off square. I called Bill and immediately after apologizing had his shop build and paint the replacement section the same day. I received the section two days later which was no doubt expensive for him. I couldn’t be happier with the new rail system. I find myself walking to the entry of my home just to take a peek. I have another project in the future and will definitely be working with Bill again. Capozzoli prepared beautiful railing based on River Road Design. Bill, the owner and Cynthia, the office coordinator worked tirelessly to deliver the perfect product. Capozzoli Stairworks installed a beautiful cable railing system in our home. They gave us a quote based on photos we sent them. They then cam to our home to provide samples and take accurate measurements. They answered all of our questions. The fabrication took approximately 2 weeks. They came back to our home and did a perfect installation. We couldn't be happier!

We wanted to replace the builder grade railings that were throughout our contemporary home. It wasn't so easy to find someone that did what we wanted. I found Capozzoli online and met with Bill. Our entrance way had old custom wrought iron doors that were showing their age and wear. I was able to find a company to redo the doors without changing the original aesthetic. I am very pleased.

I had my stair case railing changed from wooden spindles to wrought iron spindles and railing.The result was spectacular!!!It completely changed the look of my foyer and made it look very grand and elegant.
