Angie, Kristi, John and all of the rest of their staff and installers have always been so incredibly easy to work with and take such good care of us. Designed stairs was the best contractor we used on the construction of our new home. We had an unusual contemporary floating staircase with built in LED lighting where we needed considerable design help. The owner, John Ressler personally helped us thru the design process and followed up with us numerous times to ensure that everything on the project was going well. Not only was the service outstanding, but the quality was also excellent. And the best part was their price was considerably less than two other companies we received quotes from. Dealing with subcontractors can be sometimes painful and unprofessional. Designed Stairs was extremely professional, punctual and precise. From the very beginning of the process the estimation and measuring process was thorough and thoughtful. John was able to guide me through what I wanted while also helping by pointing out issues that other trades needed to correct. The communication with Diane resulted in on-time delivery and installation. There were three different installers that worked on my project at various stages and each one was a meticulous craftsman who knew his trade and didn't cut any corners. Finally, the quality of the product, which is fabricated at the Designed Stairs shop and assembled on the job site is precise and beautiful. I wouldn't use another stair company.
