Very disappointed in the ‘complete’ project. Had to point out many finishing touch issues and still never had them all resolved. Very unprofessional when it came to finished work. Asked to have steps done two weeks before moving in, things weren’t ready and were postponed for a few days, big things finally got complete then he disappeared for 1-2 weeks and upon returning to work on some minor finishing touches was shocked to find that we were now living in our house. Requested final cheque multiple Time’s before work was complete, we eventually got tired of trying to get work finished and paid him. He took the full payment, said he would be back to finish things and has never returned. If you like your finish work DNC is not a good choice!

We have worked with Duayne on various projects over the last 25 years, including trim work, wood paneling, and custom stairs, for commercial and residential properties. Duayne is a true professional. He always bring his own ideas and experience to any project and can provide fantastic custom details - curved railing, newel posts, spindles etc. For each of our projects, Duayne has met or exceeded expectations, which is why we continue to go back to him year after year. We hired Duayne to renovate our stairs after we had replaced our carpet with hardwood floors. The stairs were too big a challenge for us but Duayne made it look easy! The colors match the rest of the house perfectly! Duayne is a master at this art!

My daughter and I hired this company to build a stairway from the main floor to the second floor and also to the lower floor. The result was fantastic. We are very pleased with the product built on site, the professionalism and flex ability demonstrated by the builder when we changed the design, and his timely results. I found Duayne through a company that sells hard wood floors. After many emails we gatheredall supplies needs even a special Newel to my likings. I was very pleased with the job that Duayne had done. Laying the hardwood floors and building a beautiful set of steps. I'm looking forward to having my other jobs complete very soon. His prices was the best quote I received from 6 others.
