Cannot speak to the items ordered, but very poor customer service. I ordered two newel posts off of Amazon. As they were still in transit, I no longer needed them. I set the return before receiving items and never opened package once received on my doorstep. When returned in 100% original packaging, one of the posts was supposedly damaged and they withheld 50% on my refund. I explained my situation where customer service placed full blame on me, the customer. Will not purchase any items from this business again.

House Of Forgings is my only supplier. We have installed over 475 home transformations (47,000) balusters with HOF supplying 100% of the materials every time. Their order handling, shipping and billing processes are second to none in this field. And, if there is ever an issue, their knowledgeable staff always respond the same day.

I have placed more than 30 orders with House of Forgings in the past two years. From my experience, they have the highest quality products I have ever used. They are also extremely helpful when you need to make an order. There have been times where I needed to make an order ASAP and have some material shipped to me the same day. Take it from me, those reps do everything they can to get you your material. In total, they do a great job.

I am in the process of redoing my own stairs, and I have had an account with House of Forgings for about a year. I had already installed iron balusters, but I am switching out my wooden newel post for wrought iron. The reps were really helpful in matching my newel post to some balusters that they did not carry. Overall, great customer service and high quality products.

I have a family owned business that specializes in take downs and remodels. We usually purchase the iron from HOF, but we had a customer who wanted to exchange some really outdated balusters for some contemporary wood. They decided to go with the classic 4170 newel post and paired it with the 4121-41 balusters. Like I said, we do not usually buy their wood, but I am really glad that we gave them a try. The products were really easy to install, and are really professionally crafted.

This was my first order with House of Forgings, and it won't be my last! I have been searching for a reliable stair supplier to replace the guys I have been using. I had my builder contact House of Forgings to get a quote on some balusters for my new staircase. I chose a few different balusters from the Tuscan series. My builder finished installing yesterday, and I really could not be happier with the results. They look amazing!
