Three months ago, I gave this company a $50,000 project, and they didn't charge me for deposit and they finished the work very quickly with excellent quality and beautiful design. I recommend it to everyone

Contracted in writing with Ice Blue Steel in may 2021 for railings, stairs, fence and other items for $56k. Put a $28k deposit down June 2021. In my opinion, they have poorly completed about $10k-$12k of work in the fall of 2021 and are refusing to complete the balance the contract in the spring summer of 2022. FYI - once I showed interest in going forward with them they changed their quote from $45k to $56k. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and you can see all the communication trying to resolve the issues but will probably end up in small claims court to get my deposit back. Be careful dealing with these folks.
