Rescom Railing Systems

We worked primarily with Steve and Dennis at Rescom on a major railing project for our front patio. The project was big and complicated with very few straight lines or level places. Steve came out and bid the project and did initial measurements where he walked me through the entire process and all the challenges we might face. He also provided great feedback about tweaks we could make from our initial idea to make things even better. After he left the site, Rescom set us up with an online portal where we could easily track all progress, make payments, and talk directly to Steve about the project. It was the best all-in-one experience I've had during our entire home renovation this year. Steve continued to be great, helpful, and responsive as we waited for the next steps in the project. When it finally came time for the installation, we had Dennis on site as our one man miracle worker. I couldn't believe how efficient and effective he was as a one man installer. He asked all the right questions out of the gate to make sure his work cutting and adjusting the railings didn't impact our day or that of our neighbors. When I had questions or concerns, he always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and secure in the plan. Now that everything is done and in place, I couldn't be happier! I would use them again without a doubt, and I hope you'll be lucky enough to get on their schedule too!

The quality of the product is amazing. Great price for a great railing system. We had some concerns when the system was initially put in, and all issues were addressed and resolved without incident. We would highly recommend this product.

The product we picked out looks great on our new deck. The installers asked us our preferences on a couple of items and then they delivered. They were quick to respond to our concerns and we couldn't be happier.

Rescom had to creatively design railing around existing panels. They persisted until secure. It looks awesome. I was so disappointed I hadn't known about them to do my stair railings as well.
