Superior customer service!!!! Rich worked with me to make sure that I ordered all the parts I needed the first time. I sent pictures and he actually built my order from my list. The product delivered on-time and the quality is amazing. I did actually miss a piece I needed and when the carpenters started they caught it. I called Rich and he overnighted the parts to me so there was no delay in my install. I love the company and will recommend them to all my friends and family. I will be using them again.

Ordered complete stair parts including balusters and handrail. We made a mistake on our order in regard to the size of the balusters which would have halted our remodel. They put a rush on our replacements and within a few days we were back in business. Very grateful. And on top of it, it was all first rate quality.
