I researched all the local stair companies and reached out to several. The Stair Company was the first to reply, first to come out and measure, and first to get the quote to me. During this process it was clear who I was most comfortable with from communication to experience and quality of work. This local family business delivered excellent quality material and craftsmanship exactly as promised. They arrived early and worked all day, every day until the project was complete to our satisfaction. Our staircase is beautiful and I highly recommend trusting The Stair Company with your project.

It was a great experience. John, Damian, and Chris made used the highest quality of materials and perform with expert craftmanship. The installation was done in less time than originally expected. No hiccups. They cleaned up after themselves every night. It is very rare to find someone that delivers on their promises. I would highly recommend!

We love our new staircase built by The Stair Company! Charles worked with us to design the perfect minimalist stair for a challenging space in a split- level home. He and John crafted it masterfully using gorgeous, quality materials. Communication was always excellent and the project was done in a timely manner. They always left the area super clean. This is one Company that really cares about their work and takes pride in making the customer completely satisfied with the finished product—-a lovely staircase that looks terrific from every angle! I very highly recommend The Stair Company.

We can’t say enough about this Compnay. From the minute the owner walked thru the door we knew we were in good hands. They started when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Damian was a gentleman and very professional. John was one of the best workers we had in our home during construction. John was a true gentleman and made us feel comfortable while he was here. The staircase was exactly what we wanted and it came out exactly how they promised.

This email is long overdue. I met Charlie back in August in 2019. My very first meeting with Charlie was an absolute delight. Charlie, is such a professional a class act all together. I wish we knew more people like Charlie. We decided to do some remodelling in our home and adding the glass modern stairs was a must have for our home. Charlie and his team were always on time, professional and very courteous. I am absolutely in love with my stairs. Damien did a terrific job. He started my project earlier than expected. He also completed a day early. His crew are all very nice. My stairs look great and I just look forward to the finisher staining them.
