Damian and his team did a great job with our bannisters! First of all, Damian was not only super responsive but was also punctual and met every timeline he established from quote to install. He was one of the only stair companies that followed up and was very responsive. Just so I'm clear, Damian returned our initial call while on vacation with his family to let me know that he would call me the following week when he returned to Florida. As for the install, the team he sent to the house was thoughtful, meticulous and took their time to make sure the work was done correctly. The quality of the workmanship was amazing and the bannisters looked phenomenal! Also, during the 3-day install (we live in a 3-story townhome), Damian called each day to check in on the work being done and any feedback from us regarding the timeline. This company seriously embodies quality, customer service and installation productivity. Thank you to The Stair Company for all of their efforts and being able to help us finish our home!

I just had The Stair Company install and finish my new Staircase, let me be honest, I have been under construction in my home for over three months with many contractors for all different aspects of my job. The staircase was the last part and without a doubt the most professional and high quality of woodwork I have ever seen. Their Craftsmanship of work was of impeccable quality and such nice people. We hired The Stair company to redo our complete bannister - we have white wood and we wanted to update to oak with black bars. Damien and his team were remarkable I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were able to complete our job sooner than expected they were thoughtful in covering furniture and cleaning up every night! They completed our job in 3 1/2 days! The stair company was great! I gut renovated an entire 4600 square-foot house and dealt with many different vendors and contractors and the stair company was the only one that got the job done when they said they would. South Florida seems to be a challenging place to find reliable people for house projects and the stair company certainly came through. They made me a beautiful railing for a very reasonable price, lower than other quotes I received, and they got it done in the timeframe promised which was actually even a little bit of a rush from their normal quoted time. Damien is who I worked with and he was great, very responsive and communicative and super friendly

We changed out our carpeted entryway spiral staircase to stained maple steps and risers and they look amazing. We also had all our balusters changed out and they look great. Damian was a pleasure to work with. Total pro. And the guys who did the stair work paid great attention to detail and took pride in their craftsmanship. It’s not easy to get those steps perfect on the spiral and they were meticulous and precise. We are so glad we went with The Stair Company and would highly recommend them.

Working with The Stair Company and Damien was great from start to finish. These projects are always a bit stressful but they did everything to accommodate all our requests and answer all our questions. Sometimes replacing an older staircase can be more challenging than new construction, and our project was no exception. John was fantastic and the quality and professionalism was top notch.
