“Web Foot Home Improvements finished the roof and pergola on our back deck. We have a large deck on the back of our house. It is part solid and part pergola. It has not been done properly for some time. Companies claim they will do it correctly, and then it is just not done to protect the wood. Web foot said what they would do in the quote, and followed up with the work on the roof section to do it right. They are also doing the lower sections of both decks. Crew Leader: Andy Tafalla and his group cleaned and prepared the ceiling part for painting and staining. The pergola part they cleaned it better than any one ever!!! He put in a lot of time in to get the wood grain cleaned and re-stained. It really looks great. I am so pleased with it. The whole Web Foot group from quote to first job has been really professional. The estimator: Jake Charters, Supervisor: Jason Malcolm; Scheduler: Ruben Ramirez . All returned calls, gave me honest answers on the job. Scheduler stayed in touch on starting both jobs. I am waiting for the floors and steps to be finished, this next week. Danny the Crew leader on this part has stayed in touch and worked with us due to weather issues interrupting the job. It has all stayed smooth and on track. More review to come on the floors. They are working on the bottom half of the deck this week. So, I will be giving them a review of that part next. I Find the work ethics are really nice. On time, all their equipment working and handled professionally, right down to their own lavatory for their workers. Good to their employees and easy on their customer.”
