“I wanted to provide an interesting and safe access to a small tree house in our backyard and contacted Salter. I had seen many of their ads in several of the builder magazines I get. I contacted them and provided photos and dimension for the access area. Received an approval drawing, modified as needed and ordered. I had a couple of question during the ordering process and during assembly. Nothing major and the customer service people answered promptly. I used the galvanized material and painted before assembly with touch up following assembly. No problems with assembly. Kids love the spiral stairs. Has been installed about 9 months, no issues”
