JC drove out to our house twice (which is probably an hour drive) to consult with us. He was kind and professional the entire time. Not once did he try to "sell" us anything. He simply shared his pictures and ideas with us. He was very consultative in his advice and ensured we didn't do anything silly. After committing to the project, JC's team took it from there. HOA forms, approval, fabrication - it was all seamless to us. The installers arrived and had the door put in within about 5-6 hours. They were EXTREMELY clean! They hung drop cloths and it seemed they vacuumed their mess every 30 minutes or so. The quality of the door and the install are an A+. My wife and I practically stood in our foyer the rest of the day just staring at the new door. It was a big expense for us, our expectations were high, and it was worth every penny!
