“5 stars from beginning to end. Semko has truly been a pleasure to work with. Quick response time, arrived to view the project asked a lot of questions to ensure he understood clearly what we were looking for, provided a reasonable and detailed quote, and kept in touch with steps we needed to take to prepare for the start date. Every promised deadline was met, and he responded quickly to my questions with thoughtful, detailed answers. We always felt he had time for us and took our project seriously. That's customer service. Now for the quality of the work, another 5 stars. We needed repairs to the wood floor, which are now impossible to detect, the sanders were professional and hardworking, kept the house clean and were very accommodating to the fact that we were still living in the house while the work was being done. My maple floors had turned very yellow over the years, and now they have been restored to a beautiful natural light finish with a modern satin sheen. Thank you Semko, and "Switch my Floors" for my "new" floor which I will now enjoy for years to come.”
