“I have used Intown Craftsmen ("Intown") for multiple projects...remodel jobs on two bathrooms, painting about 75% of the first floor, new flooring and some new lighting. Because I trust Intown, I reached back out to them for advice regarding work in my basement. Once I outlined what my ultimate goal is, Russ M suggested demoing the basement so that I could move forward with the other work that will. I handed Intown my keys and left town a vacation. During the time, Intown took care of everything. I plan to have Intown come back to do some final touches after the other work is done. As noted, I've used Intown for multiple (distinct) jobs over the course of several years. I use Intown because they are professional and responsive, they push back as needed because remodeling is what they do (not what I do), and most of all they are trustworthy. “We had a water leak in the upstairs master bath. Unfortunately it came down through the walls and leaked under our wood floors downstairs. After dealing with insurance I called several companies to get bids. I called 3 or 4 but only 2 actually came out to give me a bid. Calvin was one of them. The other guy came out and after some back and forth trying to get some clarification on certain things he stopped answering my calls. I guess I dodged a bullet there. Once we settled on the scope of the project we signed a contract with Calvin and his team. It took a couple of weeks to get the materials we needed but as soon as they came in they got started. Wes was our lead guy. We couldn't have ask for nicer guy to spend the next month in our house. I say next month because we decided to remodel the kitchen with new counter tops and cabinets. We also remodeled the whole master bath. I mean, while its being demoed why not do upgrades. Calvin being quite the salesman talked us into all the upgrades and the price certainly did hurt his case. All the guys working for Calvin were very professional and very detailed. The floors, the tile, the new seamless glass shower all look great. When the final bill came in I paid it and didn't think twice about the punch list. I walked through the whole house writing down what most people would think is petty BS. When I gave the list to Calvin he already saw all the stuff I had and some I didn't see. All this after he was completely paid. Imagine that. A contractor that comes back to do the final punch list AFTER they have been paid!!! I can't say enough about Calvin and his team. Although we were ready for them to leave after a month it could not have gone any smoother.”
