“We used Nick and ACS to renovate our home and our condo/rental property. Our home was built in 1966 and was rather closed off and in need of some changes. We did a lot: opened walls, raised and vaulted ceilings, beams, custom built-in media/storage, floor repair, carpet, paint, new trim, ship-lap ceiling, fireplace refacing, etc. It was a pretty extensive project, and, in the end, it turned out great - we're so happy we had it done! At our condo, we did it all - new everything: kitchen, baths, paint and trim, lighting, patio door, fireplace mantel, light fixtures... it's now beautifully updated! Finally, after being happy with ACS's performance on all of that, we then moved on to updating and opening our home's kitchen a few months later. That, too, made a huge difference, and Nick came through with another successful project for us. I can say that no aspect of any of our remodels was easy or straight forward or without those renovation surprises that you come to expect, but Nick and his crew always went above and beyond to ensure things were done right and were taken care of to our satisfaction. Because of the detailed consultation the design process was not stressful! It was so simple and easy. We designed it and they got to work. They finished it in an extremely timely manner for it being a completely custom railing. I don't know how they finished it so fast!
