“When my husband and I decided to pursue a total remodel for our lake home, we knew it would be an overwhelming project and didn't have a clue where to start. His portfolio was impressive, his knowledge of the business was evident, and his articulate, mentoring manner was obvious from the start. The remodel plans Chad provided were comprehensive, thorough and well thought out. The plans reflected Chad's exemplary listening skills, as the final design reflected everything we had envisioned and more. Chad's knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the design-build process were extremely useful when it came time to select a General Contractor. In the end, our retirement dream home has become a reality. We can honestly say that this project has been enjoyable.
